Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of coaching services and programs, refunds are not offered once a program has been purchased or coaching has commenced. If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out — I'm here to help.

Delivery of Services

All services are delivered online. You will receive access to your coaching program, training plans, and communication through email and/or our coaching platform within 24-48 hours of purchase or program start date. Please ensure your email is correct when signing up.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription-based coaching plan at any time. Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. To cancel, please contact me at least 48 hours before your next payment date.

Program Changes & Modifications

If you need to pause your coaching due to personal reasons (e.g., injury, travel), please reach out in advance. I'll do my best to accommodate and adjust your plan accordingly.
